Open Hearth Cooking - Kathy Hummel,
Cheryl Hawker, Holly Glosser and Joyce St. Michael teach
the class how to make Johnny cake on the
hearth. Below right, the Johnny cake baking on the hearth.

The Broom Dance - The person with the broom hands the broom to one
"suitor" and sachets down the line with the other. The person
left with the broom then chooses between the next
"suitors." Music was provided by Jerry Ellis, Karen Jennings, Jim Parsley
and Pat Sorrell..
